By using novexdent.al and our online booking or contact forms, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms apply to website use. Your clinical relationship and treatment are governed by separate informed consent and clinic policies provided at your visit.

Online booking requests are subject to confirmation by the clinic. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments when necessary for clinical or operational reasons.

Appointment times are in the clinic’s local time (Europe/Tirane). Please arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten your visit or require rescheduling.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment by phone or by replying to your confirmation email.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking availability.
